cloud egg bagel

CLOUD EGG BAGEL

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs

- S&P 

- Everything but the bagel seasoning

- 1 bagel

- Dole Light Pineapple Juice

Step by step:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F

2. First, separate the egg whites and yolks. Keep yolks aside in a separate bowl. Whip up the egg whites using a stand mixer or a hand mixer until they form stiff peaks

3.  Divide and place the whipped egg whites on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Create an indent in each cloud with a spoon and bake in oven for 6 minutes. *don’t add the yolk yet in this step*

4. Remove from the oven. Gently add the yolks to the center of each cloud. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until the yolks are cooked to perfection.
