OP's Daytime Nap Setup
Why Opie sleeps outside:
I was intrigued by the Nordic tradition of letting babies nap outside in the cold and decided to try it with Opie—and we haven’t looked back! She’s been sleeping longer and deeper in the cool, fresh air, which she absolutely loves. Plus, it’s known to give the immune system a little boost. Of course, she’s never left unattended—we keep a close eye on her, and she’s bundled up with warm stroller covers and cozy blankets. This little outdoor nap routine has been such a game changer for us!
