10 Minute Chinese Boiled Shrimp
Ingredients:
The Sauce
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tbsp scallion, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbs soy sauce
Shrimp
1 pound wild caught shrimp
3 sliced ginger
Step by step:
The Dipping Sauce
Mince the ginger and chop scallions
Heat up 1 tbsp of oil until hot
Once heated add the ginger and scallions
Now, add the soy sauce and serve into dipping bowl
Shrimp
Trim and de-vein shrimp
In a medium pot add 5 cups of water and ginger slices
Then, bring to a boil
Once boiling, add the shrimp and stir for one minute
Then, drain and serve!
