10 Minute Chinese Boiled Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • The Sauce

    • 1 tbsp ginger, minced

    • 1 tbsp scallion, minced

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 2 tbs soy sauce

  • Shrimp

    • 1 pound wild caught shrimp

    • 3 sliced ginger

Step by step:

The Dipping Sauce

  1. Mince the ginger and chop scallions

  2. Heat up 1 tbsp of oil until hot

  3. Once heated add the ginger and scallions

  4. Now, add the soy sauce and serve into dipping bowl

Shrimp

  1. Trim and de-vein shrimp

  2. In a medium pot add 5 cups of water and ginger slices

  3. Then, bring to a boil

  4. Once boiling, add the shrimp and stir for one minute

  5. Then, drain and serve!
