Taiwanese onion pizza
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 white onion diced
1 cup green onion diced
2 tbsp Sake
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Step by step:
Over medium, heat olive oil and add the onion and green onion. Stir fry for 5 minutes until onion softens.
Add the sake and soy sauce and set pan aside. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl and mix in the cooked green onion mixture and stir well.
Heat olive oil on a non stick pan over medium heat, add the mixture and flip it after 3 minutes (golden brown) cook the other side for another minute and serve immediately!
