Taiwanese onion pizza

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 white onion diced 

  • 1 cup green onion diced

  • 2 tbsp Sake

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

Step by step:

  1. Over medium, heat olive oil and add the onion and green onion. Stir fry for 5 minutes until onion softens.

  2. Add the sake and soy sauce and set pan aside. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl and mix in the cooked green onion mixture and stir well.

  3. Heat olive oil on a non stick pan over medium heat, add the mixture and flip it after 3 minutes (golden brown) cook the other side for another minute and serve immediately!
