Taiwanese Jelly: my grandma's fav summer dessert

Method:

  1. Pour seeds into stocking and tie a knot. Pour water into a large bowl and with the seeds submerged, squeeze the seeds in a continuous washing motion for 5 minutes (like ur wringing out a sponge).

  2. Set the bowl aside for 20 minutes for the jelly to set!

  3. Spoon out and serve with pineapple cooked with honey and squeeze of lemon juice!🍋
