Natto Omelette
HAPPY NATTO DAY!
Ingredients:
1 pack Natto (this is the brand I use, from our local asian market)
Green onion, chopped
Olive oil
Nori
Step by step:
When you open the Natto - add in the sauce and green onion, mix together!
Crack two eggs in a bowl and beat lightly
Heat a pan on medium low. Once pan is hot, add the beaten egg and let cook.
Add the Natto to one side , then fold over the egg and let cook another minute.
Serve immediately, top with bonito flakes and nori! ENJOY!!
