Natto Omelette

Ingredients:

Step by step:

  1. When you open the Natto - add in the sauce and green onion, mix together!

  2. Crack two eggs in a bowl and beat lightly

  3. Heat a pan on medium low. Once pan is hot, add the beaten egg and let cook.

  4. Add the Natto to one side , then fold over the egg and let cook another minute.

  5. Serve immediately, top with bonito flakes and nori! ENJOY!!
