Post workout juice recipes

Ingredients:

  • Green Juice

    • 2 handfuls of spinach

    • 2 celery stalks, chopped

    • 1 apple, chopped

    • 1 orange, peeled

    • 2 inch ginger, peeled

    • 1 cucumber, chopped

    • 1 L coconut water

  • Red Juice

    • 3 beets, peeled and chopped

    • 1 apple, chopped

    • 1 pear, chopped

    • 1 inch ginger, peeled

    • Handful of kale, chopped

    • 1 L coconut water

Step by step:

  1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend till there are no chunks, or juice in juicer

  2. I don’t strain mine, but it can be strained!

  3. Pour into your favorite jars or serve one cup and save the rest! Enjoy!
