Low Calorie Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • Two sleeves of Simple Mills cashew butter cocoa cream cookies

  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • Two pints of vanilla and strawberry Halo Top ice cream

  • Fresh sliced strawberries

  • Chocolate sprinkles

Tools:

  • Pie tin

  • Plastic wrap

  • Plastic bag

Step by step:

  1. Leave ice cream out to thaw

  2. Crush up your cookies in a plastic bag

  3. Add plastic wrap to bottom of pie tin

  4. Then melt your butter and add it to crushed cookies in a separate bowl; mix until resembles wet sand

  5. Press the cookie crust into pie tin with your hands - try to get as even as possible

  6. Place crust into fridge for 10-15 min to set

  7. Once the crust is set, dump both pints of ice cream into your crust

  8. Add sliced strawberries on top; place into freezer for 1-2 hours

  9. Take your pie out, add sprinkles, slice and indulge! 🍓🍦
