Low Calorie Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
Two sleeves of Simple Mills cashew butter cocoa cream cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
Two pints of vanilla and strawberry Halo Top ice cream
Fresh sliced strawberries
Chocolate sprinkles
Tools:
Pie tin
Plastic wrap
Plastic bag
Step by step:
Leave ice cream out to thaw
Crush up your cookies in a plastic bag
Add plastic wrap to bottom of pie tin
Then melt your butter and add it to crushed cookies in a separate bowl; mix until resembles wet sand
Press the cookie crust into pie tin with your hands - try to get as even as possible
Place crust into fridge for 10-15 min to set
Once the crust is set, dump both pints of ice cream into your crust
Add sliced strawberries on top; place into freezer for 1-2 hours
Take your pie out, add sprinkles, slice and indulge! 🍓🍦
