Clean Program Reset for 2018!

During November and December I was eating out, traveling a ton and indulged at holiday parties left and right so I was CRAVING a HUGE reset going into the new year!
I can't even describe the amaazing energy I get from eating clean. I literally FEEL ON TOP OF THE WORLD and I MISSED that.

I'm not going to lie, it was hard not being able to eat GLUTEN. I didn't realize how much of it I was having in my daily diet (toast w eggs in the morning, UDON, pasta, etc) so substituting that with rice and finding a yummy gluten free bread helped a lot. I also talked to my other friends doing the program and that motivated me to keep going. Other foods I gave up during the cleanse were DAIRY, BEEF, EGGS, SODA, ALCOHOL, and PROCESSED SUGAR.
The Clean program consists of Clean Shakes, Clean Probiotics, and Clean Supplements that help your body eliminate toxins, allowing it to heal itself. Looking back I didn't have any bloating or gas issues either which was soooo nice. When I accidentally cheated and had cheese on something I felt the consequences IMMEDIATELY- so it felt good not eating foods that my body was intolerant too. Other benefits I saw were toning up my stomach waking up easier, and more energy.
After the 21 days you are encouraged to slowly introduce food groups back in to help you target what might be causing bloating, indigestion, brain fog, headaches etc. I notice that when I eat processed sugar I break out and crave more sweets and when I eat dairy I get a bad stomachache and bloating. I'm so happy I did the cleanse because it's inspired me to eat more mindfully everyday and get back on track to feeling good alll of 2018!!
