easy poke bowl
Ingredients:
For the poke
1/2 lb sashimi-grade tuna
1 piece of seaweed, cut into strips
2 green onions
1/4 onion (sweet white)
1/2 avocado
scoop of seaweed salad
1 cup short grain rice
For the seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
Step by step:
Cut your tuna into bite sized cubes
Cut seaweed and onion into thin slices, then cut your green onion
Put the tuna in a large bowl and sprinkle with salt. Then, add the onions, green onions, and sliced seaweed to the bowl
Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to the bowl. Sprinkle in the toasted white sesame seeds and mix them all together
Serve your steamed rice in a bowl and add poke on top! Add you avocado, seaweed salad and more sesame seeds. Enjoy!
