Make a Summer lunch box!
Ingredients:
Cucumber Sando:
Favorite bread, toasted
Philadelphia Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
Cucumbers, sliced into 1/4 in thick
Fresh dill
Fresh chives, chopped
Caprese Skewers:
Cherry tomatoes
Mini mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leafs
Cornichons, halved
Fruit and Veggie sticks
Strawberries
Carrots sticks
Celery sticks
Step by step:
Start by toasting your bread- while the bread is toasting, clean, peel, and cut/slice your cucumber and veggie sticks, set aside
Once toast is done, smear on cream cheese, add cucumber, chopped chives, and dill. Put together, then cut the crust off, and then in half. Set aside!
Then, assemble the caprese skewers. Add a tomato, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, cornichon, followed by another tomato. Set aside. Once in the bento, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic
Now, it is time to add all the goodies to the bento or lunch box! Serve with a little sweet treat and enjoy!
