Candied baked sweet potato
Ingredients:
1 Japanese sweet potato
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coconut sugar
Step by step:
First wash the sweet potato to rid of any dirt on the skin.
Then slice it long ways or in circles (around 3/4” in thickness) then I drizzle olive oil and salt over it
Bake for 15 minutes at 450 and then flip it over, sprinkle coconut sugar on top and then put it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy! :)
