Banana Ice cream pops!
Ingredients:
2 Cups Greek yogurt
2 Ripe bananas
Oreos, crushed
Waffle cone, crushed
Caramel sauce and chocolate sauce drizzle (optional)
Sheet pan
Step by step:
Cut the bananas in thirds (about 3 inches long each) and put a popsicle stick in the middle (don’t let it go through the other side)
In a bowl, add the greek yogurt. On two separate plates, crush Oreos, then crush a waffle cone
Gently roll the banana in the yogurt (not too much pressure or the banana will break)
Then roll the yogurt covered banana in the Oreo and/or waffle cone
Place on parchment paper, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce (optional)
Place in freezer for minimum 4 hours, or overnight!
