3 INSTANT OATMEAL CUPS TO MAKE AT HOME!
OH MY WOAH I am so excited to share these DIY instant oatmeal cup recipes with you guys!! I came up with 3 recipes, each unique in it’s flavor but each providing sustainable energy, fiber, and fuel to keep you going throughout the day.
You guys know that I am all about grab and go- easy to make recipes- that I actually LOOK forward to eating and since making these easy DIY cups, I always have an easy snack whenever I’m feeling hungry or need a pick me up between work outs. You can add hot water or your favorite plant based milk and eat hot or soak overnight to eat cold.

Each DIY oatmeal cup has 1 packet of Quaker Gluten Free Instant Oatmeal. I find that this oatmeal to be perfect for soaking and easy to serve with just 1/2 cup of hot water or milk. White oats are inherently gluten free, other grains like wheat or barley can get mixed in during storage or even transpiration so if you are GF, these oats have been sorted to remove any trace of gluten with the same nutritious benefits!
PB Oatmeal Cup
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Quaker GF instant oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
2 tbsp powdered PB
pinch of salt
+2/3 cup hot water or plant based milk to serve
Chocolate Matcha Cup
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Quaker GF instant oats
1 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp matcha powder
1 Tbsp granola
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of salt
+2/3 cup hot water or plant based milk to serve
Strawberry Coconut & Flax Oatmeal Cup
INGREDIENTS
1 packet of Quaker GF instant oats
1/4 cup freeze dried strawberry
1 tbsp + 1 tsp shaved coconut
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
pinch of salt
+2/3 cup hot water or plant based milk to serve
