My Lululemon Holiday Gift Guide to Inspire Movement!

Can you believe how quickly the holidays came around this year?! I’m in shock!
As a practical gift giver - the best gifts IMO are gifts that someone will actually use in their everyday life.
For my dad, this year I got him tools to help him relax and slow down: a mat, smart watch/heart rate tracker and a meditation app subscription. I love how much use he’s getting out of it all already. It makes me so happy!
I like to tailor my gifts to each person but with a healthy lifestyle spin. Many of my close friends and family (mom included) are avid gym go-ers and live a go-go-go lifestyle like me.
We all know that if we look good, we feel good and if we feel good, we’re bound to get up and move. This year, my theme is getting gifts that not only move someone emotionally but physically too!
My gift idea? A new workout set, a statement gym bag, or a chic water bottle they’ve been eyeing PLUS a workout class for 2, so we can spend quality time sweating together during the holiday!
I want to be that friend that gives something practical but with a POP. You’ll see what I mean!
Workout Set
This is an everyday/ comfortable workout set to give someone but with a POP! It’s classic but has a cool YELLOW pattern on the sports bra. I’ve been obsessed with yellow lately so my eyes naturally gravitated to this- it’s sporty, super flattering (removable cups included) and I paired it with these basic black leggings that are sculpting in all the right areas. It’s a lululemon staple if you live in leggings (like me)! I wear a size 4 in lululemon tops and bottom.

A STAND OUT JACKET
I get sooo many compliments whenever I wear this foil jacket and I love how it goes with all the neutrals in my closet. It’s definitely a stand out gift and water resistant too. I wear an XS!
PRACTICAL WORKOUT GEAR
I am also a big big fan of giving workout gear.. Whether that be a foam roller, mat, bosu ball or this chic water bottle that stays cold and hot or their new favorite statement gym bag.
