Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

Step by step:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a sauce pan, melt the butter or ghee

  3. Smash ripe banana with a fork in a bowl

  4. In the same bowl whisk egg, milk, melted butter or ghee together into the mashed banana.

  5. Fold the superfood oats & pancake mix into the bowl while whisking the batter into desired thickness.

  6. Lightly grease pan with lard or ghee

  7. Place the batter onto the pan and into the oven.

  8. Cook the cakes about 5 minutes per side, or until lightly browned, depending on thickness.

  9. Once cooked, serve with your favorite berries and top with yogurt!
