postpartum smoothie packs
Ingredients:
PB & J smoothie
2 tbsp Peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Green Goddess smoothie
1 handful of Dino kale (de-stemmed)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 banana
1/2 green apple
1 tbsp chia seeds
Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1/4 cup zucchini, grated
2 dates, pitted
1 tbsp Cacao nibs
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Step by step:
In freezer safe bags, put all ingredients into bags
Put in freezer until you’re ready to use!
When ready to use, put contents of freezer pack into blender and add your favorite liquid and blend!
