My pregnancy pB & J protein smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup wild blueberries
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 cups milk (more if too thick)
Step by step:
Add all ingredients into a blender- blend til smooth
Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
