Macadamia Nut Milk x Peanut Butter Acai Bowl
Quick blog post before I head out to the gym bc this acai bowl was delish + a perfect snack to hold me over until lunch!
I found macadamia nut milk on my latest run to whole foods and had to try it! This bowl is creamy + nutty and the PERFECT base for all the fruity + juicy toppings.
Acai is packed with antioxidants and protein (plus extra from peanut butter) so this will give you a natural energy buzz . Happy Friday!
RECIPE:
1/3 Frozen Strawberry
1 Banana
Splash of Macadamia Milk (I used this one)
1.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until you reach a thick creamy consistency. Top with all your favorite fruits : )
