fresh watermelon cake
Ingredients:
1 large watermelon
1 cantaloupe
1 kiwi
1 peach
Handful of berries of your choice
Mint leafs
Step by step:
First, cut and peel your watermelon and cantaloupe. Make sure the top and bottom are as flat as possible.
On your favorite plate, place the watermelon and stack the cantaloupe on top. You can use wooden dowels or skewers to secure them.
Next, take your berries of choice and place them around the cake. Using tooth picks, stick some berries into the side to decorate!
Lastly, thinly slice the peach and fan them around the cake and top it all off with a couple sprigs of mint!
Cut a slice and enjoy this beautiful and refreshing cake all summer long!
