eggplant sashimi
Ingredients:
1/2 eggplant
olive oil
ginger
green onion
soy sauce
Step by step:
First slice your eggplant into 1/4 inch slices
Then make shallow diagonal slices on the flesh
In a pan add olive oil and cook each side til golden brown
Make the dipping sauce by grating ginger, chopped green onion, and soy sauce! Enjoy!
